We want you to love your purchase from Haven & Earth Living. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

You must contact us to request a return authorisation before sending items back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Assembled, used, or damaged products (unless defective or damaged on arrival)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our supplier to resolve it quickly by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
